Solar Panels Installers are amongst the 3rd most wanted jobs and these are undertaken mainly by men. Our 50/50 approach targets opportunities for all genders with same salary schemes across all.

We contribute to increasing global solar energy consumption, improving energy efficiency through foreign and local technology partnerships, making solar energy affordable and creating access to research and development in emerging markets.

Through partnership of local and foreign technology companies, banks, investors, R&D institutes and universities; create sustainable economic growth allowing ‘The Have Nots’ to develop new capabilities therefore obtaining decent income and creating prosperity in developing countries.

By offering solar skills development to family heads (women or men) and hiring them paying fair salary post training certification, economic inequality starts to reduce. This allows households to save a little and therefore take their kids to local schools, reducing social inequality.
